Seat lubrication requires lifetime lubrication, a wide temperature range, low breakaway torque, excellent wetting properties, strong surface adhesion, and applicability. It must also provide emergency lubrication. With the increasing adoption of longer slide rails and automated controls in more vehicle models, the demands on lubrication have become increasingly stringent. Particular attention is given to NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) issues, especially low-frequency noise. Additionally, low-odor, transparent or white grease is preferred.
